coconut chia pudding

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 12 tsp vanilla
  • 12 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. pour all ingredients into a container with a lid and mix well.
  2. put the lid on and leave it on the counter for 30 minutes before stirring again.
  3. put pudding into the fridge and let sit at least overnight, 24 hours is best!
  4. top with mango and enjoy!
