Ingredients

- 1 can of coconut milk
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1–2 tsp vanilla
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- pour all ingredients into a container with a lid and mix well.
- put the lid on and leave it on the counter for 30 minutes before stirring again.
- put pudding into the fridge and let sit at least overnight, 24 hours is best!
- top with mango and enjoy!
