- 1 container of cherry tomatoes
- 16 oz potato gnocchi
- 1 lb hot italian chicken sausage
- 12 oz container of marinated mozzarella
- lemon
- fresh basil
Instructions
- preheat oven to 450 F.
- spread and mix cherry tomatoes and gnocchi on a baking sheet.
- drizzle the oil from the marinated mozzarella over the pasta and tomatoes and add to the oven for about 20 minutes.
- brown spicy italian chicken sausage on the stovetop, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
- once the timer goes off, remove the sheet pan from the oven and add sausage and marinated mozzarella and return to oven under the BROILER until the cheese starts to melt.
- remove from oven, serve immediately with a squeeze of fresh lemon (helps with the spicy sausage!) and torn fresh basil.
