my current favorite breakfast smoothie

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • handful of frozen spinach
  • 1/2 cup coconut water (add more water if you like a thinner consistency)
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla collagen

Instructions

  1. blend ingredients and enjoy!

tip: if you’re new to smoothies start with less liquid (you can always add more!) to get the perfect consistency.
