- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- handful of frozen spinach
- 1/2 cup coconut water (add more water if you like a thinner consistency)
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 scoop vanilla collagen

tip: if you’re new to smoothies start with less liquid (you can always add more!) to get the perfect consistency.
