- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 bag of shredded coleslaw mix
- coconut aminos
- garlic
- ginger
- green onion
- sesame oil
- brown rice or cauliflower rice, for serving
Instructions
- Brown ground pork over medium-high heat in a large pan.
- Once the pork is almost cooked, start adding in handfuls of the coleslaw mix topped with coconut aminos (or soy sauce).
- As the coleslaw cooks down, add in minced garlic and ginger to your preference.
- Turn down the heat on the stove and prepare rice for a base.
- Before serving, stir in diced green onion and drizzle with sesame oil.
- Enjoy!
