Everything I create stems from my core mission: to help women bridge the gap between knowing and doing. As your “older sister” in health, I translate complex concepts into “wait, I can actually do this” moments through my recipes, podcast conversations, and community spaces.
What started as my personal journey has evolved into a movement empowering women to create lasting change without requiring more time, money, or energy than they already have.
