I’ve spent the last decade at the intersection of two things most people keep separate: how we feel in our bodies and how we build our lives.
It started with food. I launched cassidyeats in 2015 because I believed that if we’re not careful, most women will go their entire lives without having a single healthy conversation about real food and what it can do for them. That belief hasn’t changed — it’s just evolved into something I couldn’t have imagined back then.
I started my career in learning design at tech startups, building systems and wellness programs that helped thousands of people grow.
In 2020 I left to become a health coach, guided over 50,000 women through behavior change at WW D360, and earned an Oprah Ripple Award for that work. I co-created Nourish Without Numbers — a program that’s helped hundreds of women rebuild their relationship with food — and Power Over PCOS, a food-first protocol for hormonal health.
Now I work as a functional nutrition practitioner and behavior change coach, specializing in gut health, hormone balance, and the intersection of food, nervous system regulation, and sustainable performance. I work with clients who are done with surface-level wellness and ready to understand what’s actually happening in their bodies — and build their lives around genuinely feeling good.
I host The Podcass (180+ episodes) where I talk about food as medicine, my own personal journey, and what it actually takes to feel as good as humanly possible. I also write Podcass Premium on Substack for the unfiltered, behind-the-scenes version.
I live in Venice Beach with my husband Ky, our black lab Bodhi, and a refrigerator full of ideas to cook. I’m a classic Virgo, a 1/3 Generator, and I believe that food is nourishment, connection, community, culture, and medicine.
