My journey from personal chef, instructional designer and community builder to wellness educator and podcaster has been guided by one mission: to help women bridge the gap between knowing and doing.
After winning Oprah’s Ripple Award in 2020 and spending two years guiding 50,000+ women weekly as a founding behavior change coach on WW’s D360 platform, I’ve mastered the art of translating complex wellness concepts into “wait, I can actually do this” moments.
My approach has been described as the older sister who’s made all the mistakes so you don’t have to—offering practical, no-BS guidance that cuts through the noise and shows you what actually works.
As a Host & Facilitator, I create spaces where transformation happens naturally. My podcast, Podcass, delivers weekly conversations that blend science-backed insights with real talk about mindset, body image, and holistic health. Each episode combines expert interviews, solo deep-dives, and the kind of practical advice that has listeners messaging me, “How did you know exactly what I needed to hear today?”
As a Community Cultivator, I’ve built The Nourished Network—where women access my complete resource library, receive private coaching audio notes throughout the month, and connect with like-minded individuals. It’s designed for the woman who knows what she “should” do but needs support in actually doing it—without requiring more time, money, or energy than she already has.
As a Health Coach, I blend my certified expertise in functional nutrition, breathwork, and behavior science to make wellness accessible. My partnership with Registered Dietitian Taylor Grasso has produced Nourish Without Numbers and Power Over PCOS, programs that combine clinical knowledge with real-life application. We don’t just tell you what to eat—we show you how to implement sustainable changes and choose health.
I’ve also developed frameworks like the Balanced Blueprint that make neuroplasticity and behavior change accessible. I’ll teach you to close your “emotional windows,” take “messy action,” and stop waiting for perfect conditions to start living.
As a Foodie, I draw on my background as a private chef and recipe developer to make nourishing food approachable and enjoyable. I translate complex nutritional concepts into simple, delicious meals that fit into busy lives. Sustainable wellness has to work in your real kitchen, not just in theory!
As a Relatable Voice, I’ve built a multi-platform presence that resonates particularly with women in their 20s and 30s looking for guidance without the pretense. My content cuts through the wellness noise with a refreshing “I’ve been there” authenticity that’s earned trust across generations—from Gen Z seeking their first real health guidance to millennials recovering from decades of diet culture.
Based in Venice Beach, California, I’m living proof that wellness doesn’t have to be precious or perfect. You’ll find me at local delis, farmers markets, cooking intuitively, working from coffee shops, and discovering new corners of LA.
My mission remains consistent across everything I create: helping women understand how to actually make space in their lives to nourish themselves—delivered with the practical wisdom of a true friend who wants to see you thrive.
