From personal chef to behavioral science educator and hilarious podcaster reaching 50,000+ women weekly, my journey in the wellness space has been anything but conventional. 

What started as documenting my own path from disordered eating to deep nourishment has evolved into a mission to make sustainable wellness accessible to women everywhere. 

Through Cassidyeats and The Nourished Network, I blend my culinary expertise with behavioral science to create immersive digital experiences that transform how women approach their self-care, making lasting change feel genuinely doable.

After winning Oprah’s Ripple Award in 2020 for inspiring others to find peace with food, I expanded my impact as a founding behavior change coach on WW’s digital platform, D360. 

My expertise spans functional nutrition, mindset and nervous system, breathwork, and meditation – all of which inform my unique approach to sustainable transformation. This multifaceted background allows me to break down complex wellness concepts into bite-sized, actionable steps that resonate with modern, busy women.

As host of the wellness podcast Podcass, I invite listeners into deeper conversations about mindset, body image, and holistic health, reaching thousands of women weekly with practical strategies and evidence-based insights. 

Beyond my solo ventures, I’ve partnered with registered dietitian Taylor Grasso to create transformative programs that bridge clinical nutrition with practical lifestyle implementation. Our flagship program, Nourish Without Numbers, combines her expertise in clinical nutrition education with my approach to behavioral change and lifestyle coaching, helping women find freedom in their relationship with food. By request of hundreds of women, we’ve developed Power Over PCOS, a specialized program that translates complex hormonal health concepts into practical, sustainable lifestyle strategies within a food focused approach to reversing symptoms. 

Today, I continue to innovate in the digital wellness space, creating multi-platform content and intuitive learning journeys that bridge the gap between knowing and doing. 

Through The Nourished Network, my tech-forward wellness platform, I’ve designed an innovative resource library and community hub that delivers practical tools and ongoing support through private podcast feeds, digital courses, and interactive community features. My approach combines evidence-based strategies with authentic storytelling and seamless user experience, making me a trusted partner for brands like Mental Health Colorado and Chobani who share my vision of accessible, sustainable wellness.

Based in Venice Beach, California, you’ll find me living my freaking life. If I’m not on my laptop I’m at a deli, the beach, or cooking. If not there I’m at the movies, the farmer’s market, or exploring the latest corner of LA that brings me joy.
