It seems like I run out of my smoothie ingredients at once. right now I’m restocking everything – here is everything I like to have on hand to make the perfect smoothie full of protein, fiber, and fat that balances my blood sugar all day.

I’ve gotten to the point recently where I’m having one every day to pack in mostly protein, but it’s a great way to sneak in other beneficial supplements, like functional mushrooms.
