  • 1 mini watermelon
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 mini cucumber
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup feta

Instructions

  1. Nothing fancy just mix everything into a bowl and enjoy the taste of summer!
