File this under the food just keeps getting better in LA!!!!!!!!!! When a sandwich spot opens it is very soon after on my radar. When a couple of chefs who worked in a Michelin star kitchen open one, I’m sprinting!!!!!!!!!!!

Bread Head is a small shop in Santa Monica on Montana Ave that makes fresh-baked-daily focciaca sandwiches. They respect the art of the sandwich and I am serious this is all I think about.

Everything is simple but fresh and so so so good. Ky and I normally split a whole sandwich of the combo grinder which gives us BOTH two large halves.
