Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • scoop of collagen, if using
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla

toppings:

  • blueberries
  • pumpkin seeds
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. add all of the liquid first and mix well. especially if you’re using collagen, you want it to be well blended! I like to put the lid on whatever i’m using and shake it.
  2. add in the remaining ingredients and cover with lid.
  3. store overnight in the fridge and enjoy topped with blueberries, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, or your favorite toppings
