The non-alcoholic conversation really is applicable any time of year, but ahead of the holidays I’m here to share some of my current favorite non-alcoholic brands and ideas for when you want the option to drink less. The holidays are a social time and in those gatherings are many opportunities to drink. If you are tired of the default and would like some alternate ideas, you’re in the right place!

aplos calme

A hemp infused non-alcoholic spirit perfect for moments of unwind. I like to pour 2 oz over ice with orange sparkling water. it doesn’t need much bc the flavor is so robust! calme itself has so many layered flavors – cucumber, mint, shisho, yuzu, calamansi, rosemary and basil.

kin euphorics

Another functional favorite that comes in a can so it’s easy to bring to a party. my personal favorites are the sunshine and the kin spritz. both have a hint of caffeine which is great for late nights!

proxies shuru

Proxies have been designed from the start to pair with food. many chefs have their hands in creating these effective ‘proxies’ for drinking! the shuru is a refreshing and light sparkling that reminds me of a crisp aperol spritz.

surely alcohol removed wine

surely is an actual wine with the alcohol removed. the natural flavor is retained, and the flavor is rounded out with hand selected ingredients. my personal faves are the brut and the sparkling rose!

avec cocktails
