dilly chickpea salad
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1/3 cup fresh dill
- 3/4 cup to 1 cup mayo (depending on how “mayoy” you like it lol)
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1–2 tsp celery salt (regular salt works too!)
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- rinse chickpeas and finely dice ingredients
- add to a bowl and mix well
- refrigerate for at least an hour before eating
- scoop with crackers, enjoy over a bed of lettuce, or in a sandwich!
