dilly chickpea salad

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 1/3 cup fresh dill
  • 3/4 cup to 1 cup mayo (depending on how “mayoy” you like it lol)
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 12 tsp celery salt (regular salt works too!)
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. rinse chickpeas and finely dice ingredients
  2. add to a bowl and mix well
  3. refrigerate for at least an hour before eating
  4. scoop with crackers, enjoy over a bed of lettuce, or in a sandwich!
