harissa chicken meatballs
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken (or meat of choice!)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 of a large white onion, diced
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp ginger powder (or grate fresh!)
- 1 tbsp harissa paste
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- preheat oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- combine all ingredients in a bowl and gently mix with your hands.
- add olive oil to your hands (to prevent sticking!) to gently roll out 10 large meatballs.
- bake for 10-15 minutes or until internal temp is 165.
