my current favorite breakfast smoothie
Smoothies are such an easy way to get in all of the things – fiber, fat, protein, fruit and veggies all at once! I start my mornings with a smoothie to balance my blood sugar first thing. This smoothie came at an attempt to clean out the fridge and “use what I had” but it’s quickly become my new favorite!

Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- handful of frozen spinach
- 1/2 cup coconut water (add more water if you like a thinner consistency)
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 scoop vanilla collagen
Instructions
- blend ingredients and enjoy!
tip: if you’re new to smoothies start with less liquid (you can always add more!) to get the perfect consistency.
